What happens after you get in touch
A person calls you back to ask a few questions: how many trees, roughly how tall, what is underneath them, and whether anything is already broken. We set a time to come out and look. The estimate is free, it takes about twenty minutes, and you do not need to be home for it unless the tree is in a fenced back yard. You get the price in writing, and if you want to go ahead we put you on the schedule, usually within a week.
What to tell us when you call
The more you can describe, the better we can guess at a range before we come out. Useful details: how tall the tree is compared to your house, whether it is alive or bare, what is under it, how close the nearest power line is, whether a truck can get into the back yard, and whether anything has already fallen. Photos from two angles help, and you can attach them to a reply after we email you back. If you are asking about pruning work rather than a removal, tell us which limbs are bothering you.
If it is an emergency
Do not use the form. Call (616) 612-2765 directly. If a tree is on your house, hung up in another tree, or touching a power line, stay away from it, call the utility and 911 for anything involving a line, and then call us. We move a crew as fast as one comes free.
